Payments and co-payments are due at the time of service. Our office accepts checks, cash, insurance assignments and the following credit cards:

Our office participates with most dental insurance plans and we are a provider on the following PPO plans:

• Blue Cross of California
• Principal/Ameritas

Patients subscribing to insurance plans are responsible for their deductibles and copayments.
